Friendly, highly responsive and solutions focused, your role incorporates all aspects of in & outbound customer service, sales enquiries and orders, documentation, CRM maintenance and liaising across the operation.

This frontline role will suit people with obvious customer service attributes; a happy person with a polished phone manner, capacity and ability to effectively listen, interpret and act, acute attention to detail, some commercial nous, customer empathy and results focus. You could be working or experienced in any industry – if you’re the right person, with good PC skills, we’re very open-minded. Bisalloy will provide full technical product training.
